摘 要:聚氯乙烯淋水填料老化机制的研究对于开发新型淋水填料和预测填料的使用寿命具有重要意义.使用分子模拟研究方法分析聚氯乙烯淋水填料老化过程中,分子链降解和无机增强粒子含量变化对材料断裂应力、断裂应变和玻璃化转变温度的影响规律.研究证实分子链长的变化对淋水填料的断裂性能具有重要的影响.制备抗老化的淋水填料需要选择不易降解的聚合物材料或者在使用过程中尽量避免分子链的断裂.Study on aging mechanism of water-drenching fller by poly(vinyl chloride)composites is important to the development of water drenching filler material,as well as the prediction on using limit of such material in cooling tower.In this paper,molecular simulation study was applied to analyze the aging mechanism of poly(vinyl chloride)composites by considering the breaking of polymer chain and missing of inorganic particles,which were used to strengthen the polymer matrix.Breaking stress and strain,as well as the glass transition temperature of the composites were checked in simulation study.The length of polymer chain was found to be more important factor than inorganic particles on the performance of the composites.According to the study,stable polymer chains which are hard to degrade are apt to fabricate water-drenching fller.
