地铁道岔滑床板异物产生原因分析与整治措施——以杭州地铁1号线W0108#折返道岔为例

摘　　要：聚焦杭州地铁1号线W0108#折返道岔滑床板因异物导致的卡阻问题,剖析异物产生原因,提出针对性的整治措施。开展现场调查研究,发现道岔滑床板异物主要源自列车车轮与道岔区钢轨侧磨产生的铁粉及掉块,它们在油泥的作用下凝结成块,被列车车轮带入滑床板区域的钢轨上,掉落至滑床板台面,导致滑床板异物卡阻,引发道岔故障。据此,从2022年起推行钢轨及滑床板打磨、道岔区清洁、联整维修、部件更换等措施,全线道岔故障占比从2021年的31.4%下降至2023年的17%,故障发生率降低近半,同时其他故障发生率也有明显的降低。因此,提出的维保措施极大地降低了滑床板异物卡阻造成的道岔故障,较大程度上节约了施工成本,给地铁行车安全提供了有力保障。Focusing on the jamming issue of the slip plate of W0108#switchback in Hangzhou Metro Line 1 caused by the foreign bodies,the causes of the foreign bodies were analyzed,and targeted remedial measures were put forward.Through on-site investigation and study,it was found that the foreign bodies on the slip plate of the switch mainly came from the iron powder and lumps produced by the side abrasion between the train wheels and the rails in the switch area.They were condensed into lumps under the reaction of sludge,which were brought to the rails in the slip plate area by the train wheels and fell to the surface of the slip plate,resulting the jamming of foreign bodies on the slip plate and the failure of switch.Accordingly,from the year 2022,measures such as rail and slip plate polishing,switch area cleaning,integrated maintenance,and component replacement were implemented,and the proportion of switch failures in the whole line was reduced from 31.4%in the year 2021 to 17%in the year 2023,with the failure rate reduced by nearly half,and other failures also significantly reduced.Therefore,the proposed maintenance measures greatly reduce the switch failure caused by the jamming of the foreign bodies on the slip plate,save the construction cost to a great extent,and provide a strong guarantee for the subway traffic safety.
