摘 要:目的探讨抗肠道病毒71型(enterovirus 71,EV71)中和血清效价与EV71滴度之间的中和试验量效反应关系。方法将EV71收获液进行系列梯度稀释后,加入不同动物来源的不同效价的血清进行中和试验,观察细胞病变情况,找到能够完全中和不同滴度病毒所需的最低血清效价。结果随着病毒滴度的增加,需要完全中和病毒所对应的血清效价也相应增加,但血清效价增加的趋势较病毒增加的趋势慢,当病毒滴度增加约120000倍时,所需的血清效价增加约1000倍。不同来源的血清对EV71的中和能力相当。结论初步确立了EV71中和血清与EV71滴度间的中和量效关系。Objective To investigate the dose-effect relationship between titers of anti-enterovirus 71(EV71)neutralizing sera and titer of virus.Methods The EV71 harvest solution was serially diluted,and different animal sera with different titers were added for neutralization test.The cytopathic effect was observed to find the lowest serum titer required to completely neutralize viruses with different titers.Results With the increase of virus titer,the serum titer required to completely neutralize the virus increased accordingly,but the increasing trend of serum titer was slower than that of virus.When the virus titer increased by about 120000 times,the required serum titer increased by about 1000 times.The neutralization ability of sera from different animals to EV71 was equivalent.Conclusion Dose-effect relationship between anti-EV71 serum and EV71 is primarily determined.
