摘　　要：本研究对2013年10月至2023年1月在北京大学第一医院创面治疗中心接受治疗的糖尿病足胼胝患者189例共238个足胼胝体进行修剪,统一胼胝体去除的操作方法,制定刀具选择和握姿的标准,以供胼胝修剪的操作规范化实施,总结了糖尿病足Wagner 0~1级胼胝修剪的规范化操作。In this study,189 patients with diabetic foot callosum receiving treatment at the Wound Treatment Center of Peking University First Hospital from October 2013 to January 2023 were pruned a total of 238 foot callosum.The operation methods for removal of the corpus callosum were unified,and the standards for tool selection and grip posture were formulated for the normalization of the operation of callosum pruning.The standardized operation of Wagner 0~1 grade callus pruning of diabetic foot was summarized.
