高频超声在小儿阑尾炎中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒高频超声在小儿阑尾炎中的诊断价值。方法回顾性纳入2020年5月至2021年5月济南临港医院收治的70例急性阑尾炎患儿,行彩色多普勒高频超声诊断,以病理学诊断结果为标准,分析超声诊断的价值。结果患儿经高频超声诊断有16例(22.86%)为单纯性阑尾炎,32例(45.71%)为化脓性阑尾炎,14例(20.00%)为坏疽性阑尾炎。经病理学诊断有18例(25.71%)为单纯性阑尾炎,36例(51.43%)为化脓性阑尾炎,16例(22.86%)为坏疽性阑尾炎。彩色多普勒高频超声诊断符合率为88.57%。结论小儿急性阑尾炎诊断中,彩色多普勒高频超声具有较高的应用价值,可准确判断患儿阑尾炎类型。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler high-frequency ultrasound in pediatric acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 70 children with acute appendicitis in Jinan Lingang Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected retrospectively.The color Doppler high-frequency ultrasound was performed to analyze the value of ultrasound diagnosis based on the pathology diagnostic results.Results The high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis showed that 16(22.86%)children had simplex appendicitis,32(45.71%)children had suppurative appendicitis and 14(20.00%)children had gangrenous appendicitis.The pathology diagnostic results showed that 18(25.71%)children had simplex appendicitis,36(51.43%)children had suppurative appendicitis and 16(22.86%)children had gangrenous appendicitis.The diagnostic concordance rate of color Doppler high-frequency ultrasound was 88.57%.Conclusion In the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children,color Doppler high-frequency ultrasound has high diagnostic value,which can accurately judge the type of appendicitis in children.
