摘　　要：目的探讨奥马珠单抗联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗儿童腺样体肥大的临床效果。方法选取2020年10月至2022年7月于淄博市妇幼保健院治疗的56例腺样体肥大患儿,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组(20例)与研究组(36例)。对照组予以糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以奥马珠单抗治疗。比较两组腺样体/鼻咽腔(A/N)比值及变态反应指标。结果治疗后,研究组A/N比值低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)均低于治疗前,且研究组EOS、IL-4低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组IgE比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥马珠单抗联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗儿童腺样体肥大的临床效果较好,可有效降低A/N比值、改善变态反应指标,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Omalizumab combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children.Methods A total of 56 children with adenoid hypertrophy treated in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(20 cases)and the study group(36 cases)according to the different treatment methods.The control group was treated with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray,and the study group was treated with Omalizumab on the basis of the control group.The adenoid-nasopharyngeal ratio(A/N)and allergy indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the A/N ratio of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,eosinophils(EOS),immunoglobulin E(IgE)and interleukin-4(IL-4)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and EOS and IL-4 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IgE between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Omalizumab combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray has good clinical effect in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children,which can effectively reduce A/N ratio and improve allergy indexes,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
