原发性肝脏妊娠破裂超声表现1例并文献复习

摘　　要：原发性肝脏妊娠是一种罕见而又非常严重的腹腔妊娠,常无明显临床特征及体征,极易在妊娠早期破裂出血,引起难以控制的大出血,导致失血性休克危及生命。早期诊断及个体化治疗是降低肝脏妊娠患者病死率的关键。超声是诊断肝脏妊娠主要的影像学检查,本文报道1例原发性肝脏妊娠破裂,并结合文献分析总结肝脏妊娠患者的临床特点及超声表现,以提高对原发性肝脏妊娠的认识及早期诊断率。Primary hepatic pregnancy is a rare and very serious abdominal pregnancy,which often has no obvious clinical features and signs.It is highly susceptible to rupture and hemorrhage in the early stages of pregnancy,resulting in uncontrollable hemorrhage and life-threatening hemorrhagic shock.Early diagnosis and individualized treatment are the key to reduce the mortality of patients with hepatic pregnancy.Ultrasound is the main imaging examination for the diagnosis of hepatic pregnancy.This article reports a case of ruptured primary hepatic pregnancy,and summarizes the clinical characteristics and ultrasound manifestations of hepatic pregnancy com bined with literature analys is,in order to improve the understanding and the early diagnosis rate of prima ry hepatic pregnancy.
