2020-2022年淄博市张店区孕妇感染乙型肝炎病毒及阻断母婴传播的现况调查

摘　　要：目的调查分析2020—2022年淄博市张店区孕妇感染乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)以及阻断HBV母婴传播的具体情况。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月在淄博市妇幼保健院建档的58300例孕妇为调查对象,调查孕妇感染HBV及阻断HBV母婴传播的现况。结果共有297例孕妇检出HBV感染,占比为0.51%(297/58300),首剂乙型肝炎疫苗及时接种率为94.28%,全程免疫接种率为80.13%,乙型肝炎免疫球蛋白接种率为46.80%。结论整体上阻断HBV母婴传播的效果良好,但还需进一步加强健康知识宣传工作,从而提高联合免疫接种率。Objective To investigate and analyze the specific situation of hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection in gravidas and maternal transmission blocking in Zhangdian District,Zibo City from 2020 to 2022.Methods A total of 58300 gravidas filed in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected to investigate the status of HBV infection and maternal transmission blocking of HBV in gravidas.Results A total of 297 gravidas were detected with HBV infection,accounting for 0.51%(297/58300).The timely vaccination rate of first dose of hepatitis B vaccine was 94.28%,the full immunization rate was 80.13%,and the vaccination rate of hepatitis B immunoglobulin was 46.80%.Conclusion The overall effect of blocking maternal transmission of HBV is good,but further health knowledge promotion is needed to increase the co mbined immunization coverage.
