右美托咪定复合罗哌卡因椎管内麻醉在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨右美托咪定复合罗哌卡因椎管内麻醉在剖宫产手术中效果。方法选取2020年9月至2022年12月于阳信县中医医院接受剖宫产手术的160例足月产妇,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组80例。对照组应用罗哌卡因麻醉,观察组应用右美托咪定复合罗哌卡因,比较两组麻醉起效时间、阻滞时间、镇痛持续时间和麻醉效果。结果观察组产妇麻醉起效时间、阻滞时间短于对照组,镇痛持续时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的麻醉优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定复合罗哌卡因椎管内麻醉的麻醉持续时间长、起效快,在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the application effect of Dexmedetomidine combined with Ropivacaine in intrathecal anesthesia for cesarean section puerpera.Methods A total of 160 term puerpera undergoing the cesarean section in Yangxin County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method.The control group was anesthetized with Ropivacaine,while the observation group was anesthetized with Dexmedetomidine combined with Ropivacaine.The onset time and blocking time of anesthesia,analgesic duration,and anesthetic effect in the two groups were compared.Results The onset time and blocking time of anesthesia in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the duration of analgesia was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraspinal anesthesia with Dexmedetomidine combined with Ropivacaine for cesarean section in term puerpera has remarkable application effect,with long analgesic duration and rapid onset of anesthesia,which is worth promoting.
