摘　　要：目的探讨硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月威海市文登区小观镇卫生院接诊的90例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)。对照组仅应用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,观察组应用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的疗效、不良反应总发生率、复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后6个月和12个月复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者症状,减少病情复发,建议广泛应用于临床。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Nifurtil Nystatin Vaginal Soft Capsules combined with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods A total of 90 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis in Xiaoguan Town Health Center in Wendeng District,Weihai City from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases)by the random number table method.The patients in control group were only treated with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules,while the patients in observation group were treated with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules combined with Nifurotel Nystatin Vaginal Soft Capsules.The efficacy,overall incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 6 and 12 months of treatment,the recurrence rates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules and Nifurtil Nystatin Vaginal Soft Capsules has a significant therapeutic effect on patients vulvovaginal candidiasis,which can effectively improve symptoms and reduce recurrence,and is recommended to be widely used in clinic.
