摘　　要：目的分析孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗小儿喘息性疾病的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月泰安市妇幼保健院接诊的240例喘息性疾病患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组,每组各120例。对照组采用布地奈德治疗,研究组采用孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗。对比两组临床效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,症状恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组,呼吸阻力低于对照组,潮气量、吸呼比高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗小儿喘息性疾病临床效果显著,可改善呼吸相关参数,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Montelukast combined with Budesonide in the treatment of asthmatic diseases in children.Methods A total of 240 children with asthmatic diseases in Tai’an Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group by the random number table method,with 120 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide,while the study group was treated with Montelukast combined with Budesonide.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the symptom recovery time and hospitalization time in the study group was earlier than that in the control group,the respiratory resistance in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the tidal volume and inspiratory to expiratory ratio were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast combined with Budesonide in the treatment of children with asthmatic diseases has remarkable clinical effect,which can improve respiratory related parameters,and is worth promoting.
