摘　　要：目的探讨七氟醚诱导麻醉在小儿腹股沟斜疝全身麻醉中的应用。方法选取2021年2月至2022年10月兰陵县红十字会医院收治的69例小儿腹股沟斜疝全身麻醉患儿,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据不同诱导麻醉方案分为观察组(35例,七氟醚诱导麻醉)与对照组(34例,氯胺酮诱导麻醉),比较两组麻醉情况及效果。结果观察组麻醉诱导用时、睫毛反射消失时间及苏醒时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组不同时间节点的心率、血压及血氧饱和度水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组苏醒期躁动发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论七氟醚诱导麻醉在小儿腹股沟斜疝全身麻醉中的应用效果显著,能缩短麻醉诱导用时及苏醒时间,减少苏醒期躁动,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the application of Sevoflurane anesthesia induction in general anesthesia for oblique inguinal hernia in children.Methods A total of 69 children with oblique inguinal hernia undergoing general anesthesia in Lanling County Red Cross Hospital from February 2021 to October 2022 were selected,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The children were divided into observation group(35 cases,Sevoflurane anesthesia induction)and control group(34 cases,Ketamine anesthesia induction)according to different induction programs.The anesthesia condition and effect of the two groups were compared.Results The duration of anes thesia induction,eyelash reflex time and recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in heart rate,blood pressure and saturation of blood oxygen level between the two groups at different time points of anesthesia(P>0.05).The emergence agitation rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane anesthesia induction in general anesthesia for children with oblique inguinal hernia has remarkable application effect,which can shorten the time of anesthesia induction and recovery,and reduce the emergence agitation.
