整体护理干预在小儿包皮环切术与包皮环套术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理干预在小儿包皮环切术与包皮环套术中的应用。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月广东省湛江农垦第二医院泌尿外科收治的82例包茎及包皮过长的患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(41例)与研究组(41例)。对照组采用常规围手术期护理干预,研究组采用整体护理干预。比较两组伤口愈合用时、疼痛程度、并发症总发生率及生活质量。结果研究组伤口愈合用时短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿包皮环切术与包皮环套术应用整体护理干预可加速患儿伤口愈合,降低疼痛程度及并发症发生风险,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the application of holistic nursing intervention in circumcision and plastibell circmncision in children.Methods A total of 82 children with phimosis and redundant prepuce treated in the Department of Urology of Zhanjiang Agricultural Reclamation Second Hospital of Guangdong Province from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(41 cases)and the study group(41 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing intervention,and the study group was given holistic nursing intervention.Wound healing time,pain degree,complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing intervention in circumcision and plastibell circmncision in children can accelerate wound healing,reduce pain degree and the risk o f complications,and improve the quality of life.
