摘 要:首先,依据后方油库的任务量以及油库环境,建立了油库油料专业在收发油业务、储存管理业务、计质量管理业务和安全管理业务的工作量概算模型。其次,基于任务兼容性和需求约束,建立了人员配置的非线性优化模型,并给出了相应的求解算法。最后,给出了一个实例,说明概算的合理性。所给的模型能够实现对工作量的定量计算,以及人员的优化配置,对后方油库的油料人员进行科学化和精确化的管理。Firstly,according to the task quantity and conditions of rear depot,some workload estimate models,which included receiving and sending oil business,storage management,measurement and quality management,and safety management,were established.Secondly,a nonlinear optimization model was established based on task compatibility and demand constraints staffing,and the solution algorithm was given accordingly.Finally,an example was given to illustrate the rationality of the estimate.The given model is able to achieve on the workload of quantitative calculation and the optimal allocation for personnel,and to execute scientific and accurate management for oil personnel of rear depot.
