摘 要:为提高硫氰酸红霉素精制母液回收的收率,文章通过对萃取剂乙酸丁酯使用方式和萃取前增加旋蒸浓缩结晶工艺进行试验探究,优化现有萃取回收工艺。结果显示,乙酸丁酯需要套用来降低回收过程损失率,单次使用乙酸丁酯每批损失量在8%左右;增加旋蒸浓缩结晶能够提高硫氰酸红霉素精制母液回收收率,提升4.5%左右,另外此优化工艺附加效益较高,既能提升回收收率又能降低回收工序生产投入成本。In order to improve the recovery rate of erythromycin thiocyanate mother liquor,the present study investigated the use of extractant butyl acetate and the addition of the process of distillation concentration and crystallization before extraction to optimize the existing extraction recovery process.The results showed that the butyl acetate needed to be used to reduce the process loss rate,which was about 8%for each batch of butyl acetate,and the recovery rate of erythromycin thiocyanate mother liquor could be improved by increasing the concentration and crystallization,increase about 4.5%,in addition,this optimization process has high additional benef its,can not only improve the recovery rate and can reduce the recovery process production input costs.
