摘  要:为有效提升甲维盐纯度和收率,文章通过优化溶解剂、萃取剂、萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间、分离压力、分离温度等纯化条件,探究其对甲维盐成品纯度和收率的影响。结果显示甲维盐粗品用乙醇溶解,加入乙酸乙酯进行萃取,萃取压力为30 Pa,萃取温度为40℃,萃取时间为2.5 h,静置分层并分离,分离压力4 Pa,分离温度为40℃,获得萃取液,最后进行浓缩结晶即可,获得甲维盐的收率和纯度均有所提升。In order to improve the purity and yield of carbaryl salt,the purification conditions such as solvent,extractant,extraction pressure,extraction temperature,extraction time,separation pressure and separation temperature were optimized,the effect of carbaryl chloride on purity and yield of carbaryl chloride was studied.The results showed that the crude product was dissolved in ethanol and extracted with ethyl acetate.The extraction pressure was 30 Pa,the extraction temperature was 40℃,and the extraction time was 2.5 h,the extraction solution was obtained at a separation pressure of 4 Pa and separation temperature of 40℃,and then concentrated and crystallized.The yield and purity of carbaryl salt were improved.
