摘　　要：文章介绍了阻燃剂DOPO的合成过程,结合国内DOPO厂家的工艺路线对其生产特点进行了论述。从反应原理、工艺特点、安全环保等方面进行了分析,着重对反应后处理工艺技术进行了对比;最后提出了DOPO生产技术的改进建议以及DOPO未来的发展方向。This paper describes the synthesis process of flame retardant DOPO,and the production procedures of different manufacturers are reviewed,including the reaction mechanism,reaction conditions and post-treatment.Especially,the difference of post-treatment procedure is described.Finally,the development strategy of DOPO industry is prospected.
