摘　　要：文章介绍了氧化铁红和磷酸反应制备磷酸铁的工艺条件(磷酸浓度、反应温度、磷酸用量、搅拌转速、反应时间等)优化以及得到产品的表征。其研究内容不仅可以开发新的磷酸铁合成方法,还可以扩展氧化铁红的应用,解决了氧化铁红的过剩产能等问题。This paper introduces the optimization of the process conditions(phosphoric acid concentration,reaction temperature,amount of phosphoric acid,stirring speed,reaction time,etc.)for the preparation ofiron phosphate by the reaction ofiron oxide red with phosphoric acid and the characterization of the product were introduced.The research content can not only develop new methods for synthesizing iron phosphate,but also expand the application ofiron oxide red and solve the problem of excess production capacity ofiron oxide red.
