摘  要:随着东海油气资源勘探开发力度的持续增大,钻井作业难度不断增加,深井、超深井、大位移井数量持续增多。复杂井型与较大的井斜、井深,套管与环空间的内外压差等因素都导致套管与裸眼段的摩阻不断增大,使得下套管作业经常出现“下不到位”的情况。下7″尾管作业作为深部井段固井的重要一环,对把控井下作业安全,构建油气流通通道至关重要。东海X井下7″尾管作业从定向井轨迹、泥浆性能着手,优化下套管作业指令,使得7″尾管顺利到位,对深井、大位移井下套管作业具有重要的借鉴意义。As the exploration and development of oil and gas resources in the East China Sea continues to increase,the difficulty of drilling operations continues to increase,and the number of deep wells,ultra deep wells and extended reach wells continues to increase.The complex well type,large well deviation and well depth led to the increasing friction between the casing and the open hole section,and the internal and external pressure difference between the casing and annulus also aggravate the problem of excessive friction between the casing and the borehole wall,which makes the casing running operation often appear“not in place”.As an important part of deep well cementing,the operation of running 7″tail pipe is very important for controlling downhole operation safety and constructing oil and gas flow channel.East sea X downhole 7″liner operation starts from directional well trajectory and mud performance,optimizes casing running parameters,and makes the 7″liner in place smoothly,which has important reference significance for deep well and extended reach downhole casing operation.
