摘　　要：为减少操作票生成流程的误差,降低运营耗时,提出基于PLC控制的一键式顺控及智能操作票生成方法。使用操纵序列等多个设备,将操作票数据转换成调度端口能够识别的数据;监控系统后台流程,获取运营、热备用、冷备用等设备的多种状态图像数据;通过网络通信技术远程监控,控制流程结果。实验结果证明所设计控制方法降低了操作票生成流程的稳态误差和耗时,实现了精准高效控制。In order to reduce the error of the operation ticket generation process and reduce the operation time consumption,the intelligent operation ticket generation method and one-click smooth control based on PLC is proposed.Using multiple equipment such as operation sequence and gate manipulation,it converts the operation ticket data into data that can be recognized by the dispatching port and proofread according to locking rules;it monitors the background process of the monitoring system to obtain various state image data of operation,hot standby,cold standby,inspection,maintenance and other equipment;It controls the process results through the remote monitoring of the network communication technology.The experimental results show that the control method can reduce the steady state error and time consumption of the operation ticket generating process and realize accurate and efficient control.
