摘　　要：随着技术的发展,迫切需要更先进更高性价比的产品提升市场竞争力,提出一种电梯门机驱动控制一体化设计方案。该方案吸纳了门电机、门机变频器、光幕三个关键部件的产品特点,采用以门电机铝外壳为整机产品外壳,提升产品防护能力,采用门机变频器与编码器融合的方式形成驱动控制大脑-驱控板,采用市场上最成熟的光幕航插接口并由驱控板给光幕供电,省掉了光幕电源,降低了成本,而且由于光幕直接与驱控板相连,节省了其它链路环节引起的时延并提高了可靠性。With the development of technology,enterprises urgently need more advanced and cost-effective products to improve market competitiveness.The concept of integration of elevator door machine drive control is born.This paper presents an integrated design scheme of elevator door machine drive control,which absorbs the product characteristics of three key components:door motor,door machine frequency converter and light curtain.The aluminum shell of door motor is adopted as the whole product shell to improve the product protection capability,and the driving control brain drive control board is formed by integrating gate motor frequency converter and encoder.The most mature optical screen air plug-in interface is used and the power supply to the screen is provided by the drive control board,which saves the power supply of the light screen and reduces the cost.Moreover,because the optical screen is directly connected with the drive control board,the delay caused by other link links is saved and the reliability is improved.
