摘 要:在低产油井为了提升产油量的连续抽油工作中,不可避免会出现空抽问题。空抽时电机负载较轻,功率因数过低,不仅会对电网造成污染,还造成大量电能资源浪费;同时抽油机长期连续工作,对设备自身损耗较严重,使设备维护费用和停机维修成本增加,为降低冗余成本,在远程控制技术基础上提出间歇抽油自动监测系统设计方案。系统分为硬件和软件两部分:硬件由数据采集终端收集抽油机电动机的运行参数,判断油井平衡状况;远程控制部分利用计算机,模仿人类专家对油井供液情况以及抽油机运行工况实时监测。软件部分的数据采集终端实现数据采集、阈值判断报警和数据传输与交换,并且提出相应增加数据精度的手段,实现自动监测、24小时在线以及数据的高速传输功能,避免抽油机出现空抽的情况。通过系统性能测试实验,结果表明所提系统能很好地实现对油井的监测,产油量提高且耗电量明显减少。In order to improve the oil production in low production oil wells,the problem of empty pumping will inevitably occur.When the motor load is light and the power factor is too low,it will not only pollute the power grid,but also cause a lot of waste of electric energy resources.At the same time,the long-term continuous operation of the pumping unit will cause serious loss to the equipment itself,which will increase the equipment maintenance cost and shutdown maintenance cost,so as to reduce redundancy On the basis of remote control technology,the design scheme of automatic monitoring system for intermittent pumping is proposed.The system is divided into two parts:hardware and software:the hardware collects the operating parameters of the pumping unit motor by the data acquisition terminal to judge the oil well balance;the remote control part uses the computer to imitate the human experts to monitor the oil well fluid supply and the pumping unit operation condition in real time.The data acquisition terminal of the software part realizes data acquisition,threshold judgment alarm,data transmission and exchange,and puts forward the corresponding means to increase data accuracy,which realizes automatic monitoring,24-hour online and high-speed data transmission functions,so as to avoid the situation of empty pumping.Through the system performance test experiment,the results show that the proposed system can well monitor the oil well,increase the oil production and reduce the power consumption obviously.
