广西水稻生产现状及对策研究

摘　　要：粮食安全,国之大者,水稻生产对于国家粮食安全极具重要意义。广西是我国重要的双季稻主产省区之一,水稻不仅是广西人民的口粮,还是许多当地农户的重要经济来源之一。广西生产水稻气候资源适宜,政策支持力度大,产业链条逐步完善,由于地理位置优势,因此市场空间也很广阔。但是,广西在生产水稻时也面临中低产田占比高、田块分散不利于管理、基层科技人才不足、基础设施薄弱、单产创新力度不够等问题带来的挑战。因此,提高水稻单产创新力度、提升耕地土壤质量、强化种质资源保护和利用、推广绿色高质高效栽培技术、加强高标准农田建设、完善基层科技人才培养机制是完善广西水稻产业发展,提高粮食自给率的6项重要措施。Food security is one of the most fundamental interests of China,and rice production is of great significance to national food security.Guangxi is one of the main double-crop rice producing provinces in China.Rice is not only the food of Guangxi's locals,but also one of the most important income sources for local farmers.Due to the favorable climate for rice production,strong policy support,gradually improved industrial chain,and geographical advantage of the area,Guangxi thereby enjoys a big market for rice.However,Guangxi is also confronted with challenges in rice production,such as high proportion of middle-yield and low-yield fields,scattered plots of land which are difficult to manage,lack of grassroot scientific and technological personnel,weak infrastructure and insufficient innovation in unit yield.Therefore,in order to further develop rice industry and increase the self-sufficiency rate of grain in Guangxi,6 important countermeasures shall be taken:innovation in increasing rice yield per unit area,improvement in the soil quality of arable land,further protection and utilization of germplasm resources,promotion of ecofriendly,highquality and efficient cultivation technology,enhancement of high-standard farmland and improvement of grass-roots scientific and technological personnel cultivation mechanism.
