摘  要:目的:基于专科疾病特色构建重大疾病数据队列,提供面向临床研究的科研数据平台,助力数据挖掘。方法:与临床专家深入合作,构建专科疾病包括先天性心脏病、血管瘤等标准数据采集规范,采用自然语言处理技术对诊疗数据进行深度治理,并提供数据平台供科研人员应用。结果:完成专科疾病数据队列的建设,实现队列内数据全结构化,助力临床研究的顺利开展。结论:基于人工智能的专科疾病队列可以提升临床研究效率和质量,加快科研成果转化,有益于专科疾病诊疗策略的优化。Objective To construct a data cohort of major diseases based on the characteristics of specialized diseases,and to provide a research data platform for clinical research to facilitate data mining.Methods With in-depth cooperation with clinical experts,standard data collection specifications for specialized diseases including congenital heart disease and hemangioma were established,and natural language processing technology was used to conduct indepth management of diagnosis and treatment data,and a data platform was provided for the application by scientific researchers.Results The construction of specialized disease data cohort was completed,and the data in the cohort was fully structured,which facilitated the development of clinical research.Conclusion The specialized disease cohort can improve the efficiency and quality of clinical research,accelerate the transformation of scientific research achievements,and contribute to the optimization of the diagnosis and treatment strategies of specialized diseases.
