摘  要:高等院校教育教学评价体系存在功能导向不科学、评价方法专业性不强、评价工具创新性不足、指标体系不健全等问题。完善的教育教学评价系统应涵盖学校、教师、学生三类评价对象。在学校层面推进分类评价、完善教育教学综合评价、建立健全教育经费使用评价机制;在教师层面开展师德师风评价、强化教育教学实绩评价、完善教师一线学生工作评价;在学生层面需严格学业评价、完善德育评价、强化体育评价、实施就业及发展评价;同时,应利用大数据技术和人工智能技术赋能教育教学评价体系,实现评价方法、评价工具创新发展。The evaluation system of education and teaching in colleges and universities has some problems,such as unscientific function orientation,less professional evaluation methods,less innovative evaluation tools,and incomplete indicator system.A perfect education and teaching evaluation system should cover three types of evaluation objects:schools,teachers and students.At the school level,promote classified evaluation,and improve the comprehensive evaluation of education and teaching,and establish and improve the evaluation mechanism for the use of education funds.At the teacher level,carry out the evaluation of teachers'ethics,and strengthen the evaluation of educational and teaching achievements,and improve the evaluation of teachers'front-line student work.At the student level,it is necessary to standardize academic evaluation,improve moral education evaluation,strengthen sports evaluation,and implement employment and development evaluation.At the same time,big data technology and artificial intelligence technology should be used to enable the education and teaching evaluation system to achieve innovative development of evaluation methods and tools.
