石竹属植物化学成分及生物活性研究进展

摘　　要：石竹属植物资源丰富,全球约600种,具有利尿通淋、活血通经等功效。主要含有100多种化学成分,现代药理学研究表明具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化等药理活性。目前关于石竹属植物综述性报道较少,通过查阅CNKI、PubMed等数据库,对石竹属植物的化学成分及生物活性的研究进展进行综述,以期为石竹属植物后期研究和开发应用提供参考。Dianthus L.is rich in plant resources with about 600 species in the world.It has the functions of diuresis,cure blenorrhag,promote blood circulation and recuperate menstruation.Containing more than 100 chemicals,modern pharmacological studies show that it has anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation and other pharmacological activities.However,there are few comprehensive reports on dianthus at present.Through consulting CNKI,PubMed and other databases,research progress on the chemical composition and biological activity of Dianthus L.were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the later research,development and application of this genus.
