摘  要:[目的]为更好地满足农工商需求,科学有据筛选出适宜辽宁朝阳地区种植的烤烟优势品种。[方法]以当地主栽品种云烟87为对照,选取云烟301(云烟87抗PVY改良)、中川208、中烟300进行小区试验和成房试种,比较其生育期、田间农艺性状、抗病性、烟叶烘烤特性、烤后烟叶外观质量、等级结构、经济效益、化学成分等性状。[结果]云烟301在烤后烟叶上等烟比例中表现最佳,田间长势中等,抗病性强,尤其是在抗本地易感的脉坏死病方面有明显优势,生育期适宜,烟叶产量产值较高,可以满足工业应用;中烟300、中川208在产量、产值、抗病性等方面均表现较好且易烘烤。[结论]云烟301能够作为朝阳地区进行推广种植的优质品种,中烟300、中川208可作为朝阳地区进一步增加试种面积储备品种。[Objective]To better meet the needs of peasants,workers and businessmen,and to scientifically screen dominant varieties of flue-cured tobaccos suitable for Chaoyang Area of Liaoning Province.[Method]With main cultivar Yunyan 87 as the control,we selected Yunyan 301,Zhongchuan 208 and Zhongyan 300 for both plot test and trial planting in a house.We also compared the growth period,field agronomic characters,disease resistance,curing characteristics of tobacco leaves,appearance quality of cured tobacco leaves,grade structure,economic benefits,chemical compositions and so on.[Result]Yunyan 301 had the optimal first-class tobacco proportions,middle growth vigor and strong disease resistance,proper growth period,high yield and output value,which could meet the need of industrial application.Zhongyan 300 and Zhongchuan 208 were relatively good in yield,output value and disease resistance,and was easy to bake.[Conclusion]Yunyan 301 could be extended as premium variety in Chaoyang Area;Zhongyan 300 and Zhongchuan 208 could be used as storage variety for further trial planting in Chaoyang Area.
