摘 要:探究3种菌组合成的复合菌剂对猪粪的降解性能以及堆肥产品质量的作用。采用单因素试验确定复合菌剂培养条件的最优范围,建立猪粪好氧堆肥体系,测定不同堆肥时期的各项指标。试验结果表明:复合菌剂最适培养条件为酵母粉3.9 g,尿素3.9 g,葡萄糖4.5 g,淀粉0.5 g, K2HPO41.0 g, NaCl 5.0 g,蒸馏水1 000 mL,pH 7.5,添加量8%。添加复合菌剂堆体比自然堆体提前10 d完成堆肥,升温速度更快,高温期持续时间更长,纤维素降解率为64.79%,淀粉降解率为73.89%,油脂降解率为56.42%。3株降解菌组合而成的复合菌剂对于纤维素、淀粉和油脂具有良好的降解效果,均优于自然堆肥,作用于堆肥效果良好,在猪粪堆肥无害化处理及资源化利用方面具有一定应用价值。To explore the effect of the compound bacterial agent composed of three kinds of bacteria on degradation performance of pig manure and quality of compost products.The single factor test was used to determine the optimal range of the culture conditions of the compound bacterial agent,establish the aerobic composting system of pig manure,and determine the indexes of different composting periods.The results showed that the optimum culture conditions of compound bacterial agent were yeast powder 3.9 g,urea 3.9 g,glucose 4.5 g,starch 0.5 g,K 2HPO 41.0 g,NaCl 5.0 g,distilled water 1000 mL,pH 7.5,adding 8%.The composting was completed 10 days earlier than the natural composting,the heating rate was faster,the high temperature period lasted longer,and the cellulose degradation rate was 64.79%,the starch degradation rate was 73.89%,and the oil degradation rate was 56.42%.The compound bacterial agent composed of three degrading bacteria has good degradation effect on cellulose,starch and oil,which is better than natural compost,and has a good effect on compost.It has a certain practical effect on harmless treatment and resource utilization of pig manure compost.
