摘  要:以“夏黑”葡萄为试材,采用田间试验法,研究了化肥减量配施液体有机肥对果园土壤微生物量碳氮含量、土壤酶活性以及葡萄品质与产量的影响,探明化肥减量配施液体有机肥对安徽省葡萄果园土壤理化性质和葡萄产质量的影响,以期为液体有机肥在安徽葡萄生产中的应用提供参考。结果表明,与不配施液体有机肥处理相比,配施液体有机肥处理均可以不同程度提高土壤微生物量碳氮含量、土壤酶活性,增加葡萄产量,改善葡萄品质,且均以化肥减量20%配施液体有机肥处理最佳。在安徽葡萄种植过程中,采用化肥减量20%配施液体有机肥的施肥方式可以实现葡萄增产提质和化肥减量增效的目的。Taking“Xiahei”grape as test materials,the effects of reducing chemical fertilizers and applying liquid organic fertilizers on orchard soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content,soil enzyme activities,as well as grape quality and yield were studied by field experiments.The effects of reducing the amount of chemical fertilizers and applying liquid organic fertilizers on the soil physical and chemical properties,grape quality and yield of grape orchards in Anhui Province were investigated,in order to provide reference for the application of liquid organic fertilizers in grape production in Anhui Province.The results showed that compared with the treatment without liquid organic fertilizer,the treatment with liquid organic fertilizer could increase soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content,soil enzyme activity to different degrees,increase grape yield,and improve grape quality,and the best treatment was reduction of chemical fertilizer by 20%and application of liquid organic fertilizer.In the process of grape planting in Anhui,the use of reduction of chemical fertilizer by 20%and application of liquid organic fertilizer could achieve the purpose of increasing grape production and quality and reducing the amount of chemical fertilizer and increasing efficiency.
