摘  要:[目的]以中草药金龙胆草(Conyza blinii H.Lév)为材料,研究不同非生物胁迫对其重要次生代谢物含量的影响,为高品质金龙胆草的育种提供参考。[方法]采用模拟非生物胁迫盆栽试验的方法,检测高盐、低温、干旱、紫外和茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)胁迫后金龙胆草皂苷、苦蒿素和黄酮含量的变化,利用隶属函数分析法评价不同非生物胁迫的效果。[结果]在各非生物因素胁迫下3种次生代谢物含量均呈增加趋势,其中紫外胁迫对皂苷和苦蒿素含量积累作用较明显,胁迫48 h皂苷含量增加了1.06倍,苦蒿素含量增加了0.43倍,而对黄酮含量影响较大的为茉莉酸甲酯,胁迫48 h黄酮含量增加了3.68倍。隶属函数分析显示,5种胁迫的效果由强到弱为紫外>茉莉酸甲酯>低温>高盐>干旱。[结论]利用非生物胁迫选育高次生代谢物含量的金龙胆草植株是可行的,且紫外胁迫为最优选择。[Objective]The traditional medicine Conyza blinii was used to study the effects of different abiotic stresses on the content of important secondary metabolites.In order to provide reference for the breeding of high-quality Conyza blinii.[Method]The simulating pot experiments were conducted to detect the changes of saponins,blinin and flavonoids under high-salt,low-temperature,drought,UV-B and methyl jasmonate(MeJA)stresses.And the effects of different abiotic stresses were evaluated by subordinate function analysis.[Result]Under various abiotic factors,the content of three secondary metabolites showed an increasing trend.Among them,UV-B stress had more significant effect on the accumulation of saponins and blinin content.After 48 h of stress,the content of saponin and blinin were increased 1.06 times and 0.43 times of the control treatment,respectively.While,MeJA had a greater effect on the flavonoid content,and the flavonoid content increased by 3.68 times after 48 hours of stress.Subordinate function analysis results indicated that the effects order of five stresses was UV-B>MeJA>low-temperature>high-salt>drought.[Conclusion]It is feasible to use abiotic stress to select Conyza blinii plants with high content of secondary metabolites,and UV-B stress is the best choice.
