摘　　要：在新型工业化、城镇化加快推进对土地资源需求日益扩大的背景下,严守耕地红线,保障粮食安全日益成为全国上下共同关注的重大问题。基于我国已进入高质量发展新阶段对土地利用转型的新要求,在梳理土地利用转型研究成果、分析云南粮食安全状况及存在稳种粮面积压力大、耕地质量不高、粮食自给率不高、粮食种业发展滞后等突出问题的基础上,提出确保粮食播种面积只增不减、优化粮食种植结构、提高粮食单产水平、创新粮食生产经营方式、加强耕地质量建设的路径选择,着力稳定粮食生产能力,全力做强高原粮仓,确保云南人的饭碗装云南人的粮,努力为保障国家粮食安全作出更大贡献。In the context of the growing demand for land resources due to the acceleration of new industrialization and urbanization,strictly adhering to the red line of arable land and ensuring food security has increasingly become a major issue of common concern across the country.Based on the new requirements for land use transformation after China has entered a new stage of high-quality development,this paper proposes a path choice for promoting land use transformation to ensure food security in Yunnan on the basis of sorting out the research results of land use transformation and analyzing the food security situation in Yunnan,focusing on stabilizing the grain production capacity,making every effort to strengthen the granary on the plateau,ensuring that Yunnanese is self-sufficient in their own grain,and striving to make more significant contributions to ensuring the national food security.
