摘　　要：Since the Opinion of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council to Boost the Development of the Private Sector(hereinafter referred to as the Opinion)was released in July,all departments and regional governments have been working hard to promote the recovery and development of the private economy.Recently,Cong Liang,Deputy Head of the NDRC(National Development and Reform Bureau),announced an important message at a news conference:China will set up the Bureau of the Development of the Private Economy within the NDRC.
