摘　　要：According to the recent data released by the National Energy Administration,from January to June,newly-added wind power and PV installations surpassed 100 million kW,and the accumulated installation amounted to 860 million kW.The amount of wind and PV power generation reached 730 billion kWh.It is clear that the wind power and PV industry has become one of the most competitive industries of China.
