毓麟助孕方对体外受精-胚胎移植治疗卵巢低反应不孕干预效应的研究

摘　　要：目的 分析毓麟助孕方对体外受精-胚胎移植(In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer, IVF-ET)治疗卵巢低反应不孕的干预效果。方法 研究选取2019年1月-2019年12月于河南省中医院女性生殖门诊就诊的120例卵巢低反应患者作为研究对象,采取分层随机化分组方法分为毓麟助孕方组和脱氢表雄酮组,对比两组的相关临床指标及妊娠结局。结果 两组治疗后的卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone, FSH)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone, LH)、雌二醇(estradiol, E2)、窦卵泡数(antral follicle count, AFC)、收缩期峰值流速(peak systolic velocity, PSV)和内膜厚度均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且毓麟助孕方组优于脱氢表雄酮组(P<0.05),但两组治疗后的卵巢体积相比差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后的卵巢动脉血流参数:血流搏动指数(pulsatilityindex, PI)、阻力指数(resistance index, RI)均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且毓麟助孕方组低于脱氢表雄酮组(P<0.05);毓麟助孕方组的促性腺激素(gonadotropin, Gn)用量低于脱氢表雄酮组(P<0.05),且获卵数、受精率、优质胚胎率和移植数均高于脱氢表雄酮组(P<0.05);毓麟助孕方组的临床妊娠率高于脱氢表雄酮组(P<0.05),且生化妊娠率和流产率低于脱氢表雄酮组(P<0.05)。结论 毓麟助孕方可以有效提高IVF-ET治疗中卵巢低反应患者的妊娠成功率。Objective To analyze the intervention effect of Yulin Zhuyun Formula(毓麟助孕方)on in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)in the treatment of low-response infertility.Methods In this study,120 patients with low ovarian response who were treated in the Department of Reproductive Medicine of Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the Yulin Zhuyun Formula group and the dehydroepiandrosterone group by stratified randomization.The relevant clinical indicators and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),antral follicle count(AFC),peak systolic velocity(PSV)and intimal thickness of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the Yulin Zhuyun Formula group was better than those of the dehydroepiandrosterone group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the ovarian volume between the two groups(P>0.05).The ovarian arterial blood flow parameters of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the Yulin Zhuyun Formula group was lower than that of the dehydroepiandrosterone group(P<0.05).The Gn dosage in the Yulin Zhuyun Formula group was lower than that of the dehydroepiandrosterone group(P<0.05),and the number of eggs obtained,the rate of fertilization,the rate of high-quality embryos and the number of transplants of the Yulin Zhuyun Formula group were higher than those of the dehydroepiandrosterone group(P<0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate of the Yulin Zhuyun Formula group was higher than that of the dehydroepiandrosterone group(P<0.05),and the biochemical pregnancy rate and abortion rate of the Yulin Zhuyun Formula group were lower than those of dehydroepiandrosterone group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yulin Zhuyun Formula can effectively improve the pregnancy success rate of patients with low ovar
