摘　　要：金银花是大宗常用药材,常用于治疗风热感冒、温病发热等症,其质量决定了临床用药的安全性和有效性,是产业发展的关键所在。查阅近5年金银花质量控制领域的研究成果,归纳金银花性状、显微、薄层及DNA分子标记的鉴别依据,并梳理多种高效液相色谱、超高效液相色谱、质谱、光谱等多种检测平台及方法的创新及其对提升金银花质量的推动作用,全面总结了金银花质量控制体系。可为金银花质量控制与评价提供参考和依据,指导农业生产促进质量提升,助力金银花产业高质量发展。Jinyinhua(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos)is the commonly used medicinal material for treatment of wind-heat cold,febrile fever and other diseases.Its quality not only determines the safety and effectiveness of clinical medicine,but also has impact on the development of the industry.The author reviewed the research results of Jinyinhua(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos)quality control in recent 5 years.The identification basis of Jinyinhua(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos)was summarized.The innovation of various testing platforms and methods on the improvement of quality control ability of Jinyinhua(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos)were studied.The current quality control system was systematically summarized.This paper provided reference and basis for quality control and evaluation of Jinyinhua(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos),and guided the agricultural production to promote quality improvement.It boosted the high-quality development of Jinyinhua(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos)industry.
