摘　　要：黄连Coptidis Rhizoma是我国常用的大宗中药材,资源丰富,具有广阔的开发利用前景。黄连化学成分类型丰富,主要为生物碱、苯丙素、黄酮、挥发油等。在黄连化学成分、药理作用综述的基础上,根据中药质量标志物(Quality marker, Q-Marker)的概念,从化学可测性、植物亲缘学、炮制方法、配伍应用、传统药性、主要功效和网络药理学的方面进行预测分析,大类成分以生物碱、酚性成分、挥发油和木脂素为质量标志物,以小檗碱、黄连碱、巴马汀、小檗红碱、药根碱、非洲防己碱、表小檗碱、格兰地新、阿魏酸、绿原酸等单一成分为备选物质,为明确黄连Q-Marker和制定科学的质量标准提供一定的参考。Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma) is a commonly used substantial Chinese medicinal material in China, with rich resources and wide distribution, and has broad prospects for development and utilization. Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma) is rich in chemical components, mainly including alkaloids, phenylpropanin, flavonoids, volatile oils, etc. On the basis of the review of the chemical composition and pharmacological effect of Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma),according to the concept of quality markers(Q-Marker), the Q-Marker components of Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma) were predicted and analyzed from the aspects of chemical composition, plant affinity, traditional medicinal properties and efficacy, pharmacological effects, preparation methods, drug pairing and network pharmacology. Alkaloids, phenolic components, volatile oils and lignans are the quality markers, and berberine, coptisine, palmatine, berberrubine, jatrorrhizine, groenlandicine, columbamine, epiberberine, ferulic acid, chlorogenic acid and other single components are the candidate substances, providing a reference for clarifying the Q-Marker of Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma) and formulating the scientific quality standards.
