摘 要:乳香是一味树脂类中药,具有破血散瘀、活血调气、消肿生肌的功效。作为经典外来药物,乳香的炮制形式随不同时代发展演变。通过查阅古今本草典籍现代相关炮制规范、《中华人民共和国药典》,作者就乳香的古今炮制方法进行考证,以期为乳香的药用范围、炮制方法的标准化研究提供参考。对比发现,乳香古代炮制方法有水飞、烘制、煮制、炒制,炮制辅料有灯心草、糯米、人指甲、酒;近现代炮制方法主要以清炒、醋炒为主,灯心草制乳香、茯苓粉制、麸皮制乳香已不被炮制规范和《中华人民共和国药典》收录,醋乳香和炒乳香是目前主要的炮制品种。乳香炮制品种演变与其炮制目的和临床效用息息相关,然而目前乳香的炮制方法仍存在药辅比、炮制终点、炮制温度无统一标准的问题。Ruxiang(Olibanum)is a kind of resin traditional Chinese medicine,which has the effects of breaking blood and dispersing blood stasis,promoting blood circulation and regulating Qi,reducing swelling and generating muscle.As the consequence of Ruxiang(Olibanum)germplasm resources are rarely distributed in China,and it is mainly produced in the desert of Somalia in the Middle East,therefore,Ruxiang(Olibanum)has been a foreign drug since ancient times.The processing form of Ruxiang(Olibanum)has evolved with the development of different times.By consulting the ancient and the modern herbal classics and the modern relevant processing specifications,preparation standards and pharmacopoeia,the author made a textual research on the ancient and modern processing methods of Ruxiang(Olibanum),in order to provide reference for the standardization research of the medicinal scope and processing methods of Ruxiang(Olibanum).It was found that the ancient processing methods of Ruxiang(Olibanum)include water grind processing,baking,boiling and frying,at the same time,the processing accessories include rushes,glutinous rice,human nails and wine;however,in modern times,the main processing methods were frying without processing excipient and frying with vinegar.Ruxiang(Olibanum)stir-firied with rushes,Ruxiang(Olibanum)stir-firied with the powder of Fuling(Poria)and Ruxiang(Olibanum)stir-firied with bran were not included in the processing specifications and pharmacopoeia anymore.At present the main decoction pieces of Ruxiang(Olibanum)were Ruxiang(Olibanum)stir-firied with vinegar and fried Ruxiang(Olibanum).The evolution of Ruxiang(Olibanum)processing varieties are closely related to its processing purpose,preparation form and clinical utility.However,there is still no uniform standard for the ratio of Ruxiang(Olibanum)to excipients,processing end point and processing temperature in the processing of Ruxiang(Olibanum).
