摘　　要：功能性便秘是社区生活中较为常见的功能性疾病,该病具体特征是排便困难或排便频率低,大便干结质地燥而硬,排便努力无果通常伴有排便意犹未尽的感觉。人体胃肠道中定植有大量且种类繁多的微生物细菌,它们在肠道环境中构建肠道微生态系统并保持相对的平衡,肠道微生态与FC的发生有着千丝万缕的关系,FC患者几乎都存在肠道菌群失衡的情况。中药的有效成分可以调节肠道菌群,保护肠道黏膜屏障的功能,恢复肠道微生态的稳态,对于治疗功能性便秘有显著疗效。除此之外,中医药与微生态学的共同发展还为多组学技术研究中药作用机制的研究策略提供了未来的展望。Functional constipation(FC)is a common functional disease in community life,which is characterized by difficulty in defecation or low defecation frequency and failure to defecate is usually a feeling of unfinished business.There are a large number of microorganisms and bacteria colonized in the human gastrointestinal tract,which build the intestinal microbial system in the intestinal environment and maintain relative balance.Intestinal microecology is inextricably related to the occurrence of FC and almost all FC patients have imbalance of intestinal flora.The effective ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine can regulate intestinal flora,protect the function of intestinal mucosal barrier,restore the stability of intestinal microecology,and have a significant effect on the treatment of functional constipation.In addition,the joint development of traditional Chinese medicine and microecology also provides a future prospect for the research strategy of multi group technology to study the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.
