摘  要:心血管疾病是世界上导致死亡的主要疾病。目前,由于传统治疗中药物释放时间短,在疾病部位的停留率低,给药效果有限。微针作为一种典型的微创、可持续给药的透皮医疗器械,在心血管疾病治疗领域得到了一定发展。目前主要有4种类型的微针用于人体药物递送,分别是固体微针、中空微针、药物涂层微针和可溶解或可生物降解的微针。微针主要用于输送从小分子到大分子的各种药物,特别是用于治疗多种疾病的蛋白质药物。微针给药具有损伤小、成本低、准确性高、有效性高、可以精准控制等优点。微针介导治疗高血压病、动脉粥样硬化旁路手术后再狭窄、抗凝、改善心肌梗死预后,均取得了良好的疗效。现对近年来基于微针在心血管疾病中的应用研究进行综述并展望。Cardiovascular disease is the main disease death causing in the world.At present,due to the short release time and low retention rate at the disease site in traditional therapy,the effect of drug administration is limited.As a typical minimally invasive transdermal medical device with sustainable drug delivery,microneedles have been developed in the field of cardiovascular disease treatment.Currently,there are four main types of microneedles used for human drug delivery,which are solid microneedles,hollow microneedles,drug-coated microneedles and dissolvable or biodegradable microneedles.Microneedles are mainly used to deliver a variety of drugs from small to large molecules,especially protein drugs used to treat a variety of diseases.Microneedle drug delivery has the advantages of small damage,low cost,high accuracy,high effectiveness and precise control.Microneedle-mediated treatment of hypertension,restenosis after atherosclerotic bypass surgery,anticoagulation,improving the prognosis of myocardial infarction,have achieved good results.In this paper,the application of microneedles in cardiovascular diseases in recent years is reviewed and prospected.
