桔杏君子颗粒治疗新型冠状病毒感染恢复期患者作用评价与机制探讨

摘　　要：目的评估“桔杏君子颗粒”治疗新型冠状病毒感染(下文简称新冠感染,COVID-19)恢复期,属于中医气阴两虚证患者的疗效,并分析其组方药物的作用机制。方法该研究是一项前瞻性、单臂临床试验。该试验共入组121例符合条件的患者,治疗给予桔杏君子颗粒,干预措施疗程为2周,随访4周。主要结果是中医证候疗效指数,次要结果是WHOQOL-Bref量表评分,主症与体征积分变化,胸部CT。结果桔杏君子颗粒治疗112例新冠感染恢复期,证属气阴两虚证的患者2周后的结果显示:总有效率为90.18%;中医证候积分比较,治疗后积分升高,差异有统计学意义;生活质量量表生理评分比较,治疗后积分升高,差异有统计学意义,然而在心理、社会和环境评分方面,治疗前后差异无统计学意义。在服药前后,患者的多项理化检查指标变化无统计学意义,对患者有较高的安全性。结论桔杏君子颗粒能改善以新冠感染为代表的外感热病的恢复期患者的临床症状,使用该药物的新冠感染恢复期患者在疗效评价和安全性评价中的表现较为优秀。因此,桔杏君子颗粒能够提高患者的生活质量,为患者的康复提供医疗帮助。益气养阴、健脾益肺,化散余邪的治法对解决新冠感染恢复期患者的健康问题具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of“Jiexing Junzi Granules(桔杏君子颗粒)”in the treatment of patients of novel corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)in the recovery period with the syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin in traditional Chinese medicine and analyze the mechanism of action of its prescription medicine.Methods This study is a prospective and single-arm clinical test.In this test,a total of eligible 121 patients were enrolled and the Jiexing Junzi Granules were administered for treatment.The treatment course of intervening measures was 2 weeks and the follow-up period was 4 weeks.The main outcome was the syndrome and efficiency index of traditional Chinese medicine.The secondary outcome were the score of the WHOQOL-Bref scale,the main symptom and sign score changed and the chest CT.Results Jiexing Junzi Granules were used for the treatment of 112 patients of COVID-19 in the recovery period.After they took the medicine for 2 weeks,the results showed that the total effective rate was 90.18%.Comparing the symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine,the score after the treatment was lower than that before the treatment and the difference was statistically significant.Comparing the physiological scores of the scale of WHOQOL-Bref scale,the score before the treatment was lower than that after the treatment and the difference had statistical significance.However,in terms of psychological,social,and environmental scores,before and after the treatment,the difference had no statistical significance.After taking medicin,changes of multiple physical and chemical inspection indexes have no statistical significance.It has high security for the patients.Conclusion Jiexing Junzi Granules can improve the clinical symptoms of patients of exogenous febrile diseases represented by COVID-19 in the recovery period.Patients of COVID-19 in the recovery period who use the medicine have excellent performance in the evaluation of syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine and evaluation of life quality.Therefore,J
