墨旱莲化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：墨旱莲Eclipta prostrata L.为菊科植物鳢肠的干燥地上部分,是二至丸、凉血安神片等中成药的重要组成部分之一。近些年,对墨旱莲展开了大量的化学成分和药理作用方面研究,证实了墨旱莲中含有三萜、甾体、黄酮、香豆素、噻吩、酚酸、生物碱等化学成分,该植物及其提取物具有保肝、抗骨质疏松、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂、止血、乌发等药理作用。文章参阅近些年文献以及相关研究深入阐述墨旱莲化学成分以及药理作用,以期为墨旱莲临床应用研究提供理论依据。Mohanlian(Ecliptae Herba)is the dry terrestrial part of snakehead in the asteraceae family.It is one of the important components of Chinese patent medicine such as Erzhi Pills(二至丸)and Liangxue Anshen Tablets(凉血安神片).In recent years,a large number of studies have been carried out on the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of eclipta prostrata.It has been confirmed that Mohanlian(Ecliptae Herba)contains triterpenoids,steroids,flavones,coumarins,thiophene,phenolic acids,alkaloids and other chemical components.The plant and its extracts have pharmacological effects as liver protection,anti-osteoporosis,anti-inflammation,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,lowering blood sugar,lowering blood lipids,hemostasis and black hair.In order to provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of the plant,this paper discussed the chemical composition and pharmacological action of the plant by referring to recent literatures and related studies.
