摘  要:随着科技的发展,各种高能量损伤导致骨折的患者越来越多,高能量骨折患者中骨不愈合病例也随之增多,给临床治疗也带来了极大的困难。骨不愈合是骨科临床中的一大难题,在骨不愈合的治疗过程中,除了清理骨折断端死骨、再通髓腔、自体骨移植及更换固定方式外,物理治疗也在骨不愈合治疗过程中发挥极其重要的作用,体外冲击波就是其中一种,体外冲击波目前是一种无创、安全、有效的物理治疗方法,它能改善骨折断端局部微循环,诱导生长因子释放,促进细胞活性,增加细胞代谢,促进炎症反应,诱导细胞表达、调控信号通路达到促进骨折愈合的作用,在临床治疗骨不愈合中有广阔的前景。With the development of science and technology,there are more and more patients with high-energy injuries leading to fractures,and there are also more cases of bone nonunion among high-energy fracture patients,which also brings great difficulties to clinical treatment.Bone nonunion is a major problem in orthopaedic clinic.In the treatment of bone nonunion,physical therapy also plays an extremely important role in the treatment of bone nonunion,including cleaning the dead bone at the broken end of the fracture,reopening the medullary cavity,autogenous bone transplantation and replacing the fixation method.Extracorporeal shock wave is one of them.At present,extracorporeal shock wave is a non-invasive,safe and effective physical therapy method.It can improve the local microcirculation at the fracture end,induce the release of growth factors,promote cell activity,increase cell metabolism,promote inflammatory response,induce cell expression,regulate signal pathways to promote fracture healing,and has broad prospects in clinical treatment of bone nonunion.
