摘　　要：目的观察C臂机引导下经椎间孔神经根封闭联合石氏伤科强筋健腰功法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床效果。方法选取2022年4月至8月在上海市嘉定区中医医院骨伤科治疗的52例LDH患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(26例)和对照组(26例)。观察组患者采用C臂机引导下经椎间孔神经根封闭联合石氏伤科强筋健腰功法治疗,对照组患者采用C臂机引导下经椎间孔神经根封闭治疗。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后的视觉疼痛模拟量表(VAS)评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分。结果52例患者中失访2例,随访50例,随访时间2~4个月,平均(2.17±0.26)个月;未出现感染病例,2例患者后期行脊柱内镜下髓核摘除术,1例患者后期行开放髓核摘除融合固定术。观察组患者治疗后1、2个月的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后1、2个月的ODI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论C臂机引导下经椎间孔选择性神经根封闭联合石氏伤科强筋健腰功法治疗LDH,可以获得更好的疗效和更低的复发率,具有重要的临床价值和推广意义。Objective To observe the clinical effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with C-arm machine guided intervertebral foramen nerve root block combined with Shi's traumatology for strengthening tendons and strengthening the waist.Methods A total of 52 patients with LDH who were treated in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology,Jiading Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shanghai from April to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the observation group(26 cases)and the control group(26 cases)according to the random number table method.The patients in the observation group were treated with the combination of intervertebral foramen nerve root block under the guidance of C-arm machine and Shi's traumatology for strengthening tendons and strengthening the waist.The patients in the control group were treated with the combination of intervertebral foramen nerve root block under the guidance of C-arm machine.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores of patients of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Among the 52 patients,2 were lost to follow-up.Follow up 50 cases,the follow-up time was 2-4 months,with an average of(2.17±0.26)months.There have been no cases of infection.Two patients underwent spinal endoscopic nucleus pulposus removal in the later stage,one patient underwent open nucleus pulposus removal and fusion fixation surgery in the later stage.The VAS scores of the observation group patients at 1 and 2 months after treatment was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The ODI scores of the observation group patients at 1 and 2 months after treatment was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of C-arm machine,selective nerve root block through intervertebral foramen combined with Shi's traumatology for strengthening tendons and strengthening the waist can achieve bett
