复方黄连油涂剂在辅助生殖技术患者肌内注射黄体酮中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨复方黄连油涂剂在辅助生殖技术患者肌内注射黄体酮中的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月至8月南昌大学第一附属医院生殖医学中心收治的52例需肌内注射黄体酮患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(26例)和观察组(26例)。对照组采用常规注射护理,观察组采用复方黄连油凃剂护理,两组均护理1个月。比较两组患者的硬结发生情况、初次出现硬结时间、不良反应总发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的硬结发生程度轻于对照组,硬结总发生率低于对照组,初次出现硬结时间长于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将复方黄连油凃剂应用于辅助生殖技术患者的护理中可显著减轻患者硬结发生程度、改善患者局部皮肤的不良反应,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of Compound Coptis Oil Coating on intramuscular injection of Progesterone in patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology.Methods A total of 52 patients with assisted reproductive technology who needed intramuscular injection of Progesterone admitted to the Reproductive Medicine Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from May to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group(26 cases)and the observation group(26 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine injection care,while the observation group received Compound Coptis Oil Coating care.Both groups received 1 month of care.The occurrence of induration,the time of first appearance of induration,the total incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The degree of induration in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,the total incidence of induration was lower than that in the control group,the initial appearance of induration was longer than that of the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the total satisfaction with nursing was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Compound Coptis Oil Coating in the nursing of patients with assisted reproductive technology can significantly reduce the degree of induration,improve local skin adverse reactions and improve patient satisfaction with nursing.
