摘  要:目的 探讨宫颈病变组织中Toll样受体(TLRs)信号通路相关基因的表达情况及与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的关联。方法 回顾性分析2019年6月-2022年9月哈尔滨市第一医院收治的187例宫颈病变患者的临床资料,依据病理组织检查结果将所选患者分为A组86例、B组70例、C组31例,并根据所选患者HPV感染情况将其分为HPV感染组(140例)、非HPV感染组(47例)。统计A、B、C三组临床资料,比较A、B、C三组及HPV感染组、非HPV感染组宫颈组织中TLRs信号通路相关基因表达情况,并予以Pearson相关性分析宫颈组织中TLRs信号通路相关基因表达与HPV感染的相关性。结果 C组宫颈组织中TLR3、干扰素-β(IFN-β)基因表达均低于B组、A组,B组均低于A组(P<0.05);C组宫颈组织中TLR7、TLR9、核因子-κB(NF-κB)基因表达均高于B组、A组,B组均高于A组(P<0.05);HPV感染组宫颈组织中TLR3、IFN-β基因表达均低于非HPV感染组(P<0.05);HPV感染组宫颈组织中NF-κB基因表达高于非HPV感染组(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,宫颈组织中TLR3、IFN-β基因表达与HPV感染呈负相关(r=-0.791、-0.714,P<0.05);宫颈组织中NF-κB基因表达与HPV感染呈正相关(r=0.468,P<0.05)。结论 随着宫颈病变程度的增加,宫颈组织中TLR3、IFN-β基因表达下调,而TLR7、TLR9、NF-κB基因表达上调,且宫颈组织中TLR3、IFN-β表达下调,NF-κB基因表达上调与HPV感染密切相关。OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression of toll like receptors(TLRs)signal pathway related genes in cervical lesions and its relationship with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.METHODS The clinical data of 187 patients with cervical lesions admitted to the First Hospital of Harbin City from Jun 2019 to Sep 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the results of pathological examination,the patients were divided into group A(86 cases),group B(70 cases)and group C(31 cases),and according to situation of HPV infection,the patients were divided into the HPV-positive group(140 cases)and the non HPV-negative group(47 cases).The clinical data of group A,B and C were collected,and the expression of TLRs signal pathway related genes among cervical tissues of group A,B and C,and between the HPV-positive group and HPV-negative group were compared.The correlation between the expression of TLRs signal pathway related genes in cervical tissues and HPV infection were analyzed by pearson correlation analysis.RESULTS The expression of TLR3 and interferon-β(IFN-β)genes in cervical tissue of group C were lower than those in group B and group A,and those in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05);the expression levels of TLR7,TLR9,nuclear factor-B(NF-kB)genes in cervical tissue of group C were higher than those of group B and group A,and those in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).The expression of TLR3 and IFN-βgenes in cervical tissue of the HPVpositive group were lower than those of the HPV-negative group(P<o.05);the expression of NF-kB genes in cervical tissue of the HPV-positive group was higher than that of the HPV-negative group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expression of TLR3 and IFN-βgenes in cervical tissue were negatively correlated with the HPV infection(r=-0.791,-0.714,P<0.05);the expression of NF-B gene in cervical tissue was positively correlated with the HPV infection(r=0.468,P<0.05).CONCLUSION With the increase of cervical lesions,the expression of TLR3 and
