摘　　要：人是心身合一的共同体,在当今“生物-社会-心理”医学模式普及下,人体与心理、社会的关系逐渐受到重视,精神心理状态作为社会、环境等外界因素与机体内在反应变化的媒介与妇科疾病的形成密切相关。卵巢储备功能下降、复发性流产、多囊卵巢综合征、子宫内膜异位症合并不孕等妇科高发疾病其临床病因尚未明确,疗程长且效缓,使患者备受其扰,其伴随焦虑抑郁等心理障碍,日渐受到关注。导师丛慧芳教授认为女性极易受到心理应激的损害,妇科疾病应归为心身疾病,在临床中重视“心身合治”。以心理疏导结合中药调理治疗妇科疾病,应广泛应用于临床实践中,重视心理应激反应对人体的影响,为妇科诊疗提供新方向。Human beings are a unity of mind and body.Under the popularization of the“bio-society-psychology”medical model,the relationship of the human body,psychology and society is gradually being valued.The mental and psychological state,as a medium for external factors such as society and environment,and the internal response changes of the body,is closely related to the formation of gynecological diseases.The clinical causes of high-incidence gynecological diseases such as decreased ovarian reserve,recurrent miscarriage,polycystic ovary syndrome,endometriosis and infertility are not yet clear,and the treatment course is long and slow,causing patients to be disturbed by it.Psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression are getting more and more attention.Instructor Professor CONG Huifang believes that women are extremely vulnerable to psychological stress,and that gynecological diseases should be classified as psychosomatic diseases,and that“psychosomatic treatment”should be emphasized in clinical practice.Psychological counseling combined with traditional Chinese medicine conditioning treatment of gynecological diseases should be widely used in clinical practice,paying attention to the impact of psychological stress on the human body,and providing a new direction for gynecological diagnosis and treatment.
