摘　　要：“形寒饮冷则伤肺”之论见于《难经·四十九难》,概括出了内外寒邪伤肺导致肺气不降的病因病机。形寒饮冷的刺激可以影响人体的气化过程与卫气的防御功能,而导致哮喘寒饮蕴肺证的形成。而自噬作为机体自身的一种防御机制,与人体的气化过程与卫气的防御功能息息相关。细胞自噬水平的降低可能是哮喘寒饮蕴肺证发病的微观基础,而如何调控自噬水平以减轻气道炎症反应可能为哮喘寒饮蕴肺证的治疗提供新的思路。The theory of“impairment of lung by cold body and fluid”can be found in Nanjing,which summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of internal and external cold injuring lung which can leads to the stagnation of lung Qi.The stimulation of cold body and fluid can affect the process of human body's Qi movement and the defense function of Weiqi,and lead to the formation of asthma of cold fluid accumulation in lung syndrome.Autophagy,as a defense mechanism of the body itself,is closely related to the Qi movement process and defense function of the body.The decrease of autophagy level may be the micro basis of the pathogenesis of asthma of cold fluid accumulation in lung syndrome.How to regulate autophagy level to reduce airway inflammation may provide a new idea for the treatment of asthma with of cold fluid accumulation in lung syndrome.
