方氏头皮针对腰椎间盘突出症急性期即时止痛效应观察

摘　　要：目的观察方氏头皮针对腰椎间盘突出症急性期的即时止痛效应。方法将120例腰椎间盘突出症急性期的患者随机分为治疗组(60例,脱落5例)和对照组(60例,脱落5例)。治疗组予方氏头皮针联合双氯芬酸钠治疗,对照组予口服双氯芬酸钠治疗,两组治疗频率与次数均为每天1次,1周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。记录两组患者首次治疗前、首次治疗5 min时、首次治疗10 min时、首次治疗20 min时、首次治疗结束时、首次治疗结束后30 min及疗程结束时的长海痛尺评分。结果(1)治疗组与对照组治疗后长海痛尺评分均较前降低(P<0.05),但治疗组评分降低幅度更大(P<0.05);(2)治疗组止痛起效时间在治疗后5 min内,对照组止痛起效时间在治疗后10~20 min,治疗组较对照组有更明显的即时止痛效应。结论方氏头皮针联合双氯芬酸钠较单独口服双氯芬酸钠缓解疼痛的幅度更大,即时止痛效应更明显,可以作为治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性期的一种新思路。Objective To observe the immediate analgesic effect of Fang's scalp on acute lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases,5 cases of abscission)and control group(60 cases,5 cases of abscission).The treatment group was treated with Fang's scalp acupuncture combined with diclofenac sodium,and the control group was treated with oral diclofenac sodium.The treatment frequency and times of the two groups were once a day,one week as a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.The long sea pain scale scores of the two groups before the first treatment,5 minutes after the first treatment,10 minutes after the first treatment,20 minutes after the first treatment,30 minutes after the first treatment and at the end of the course of treatment were recorded.Results①After treatment,the score of Changhai pain scale in the treatment group and the control group decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),but the score in the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).②The onset time of analgesia in the treatment group was within 5 minutes after treatment,and that in the control group was between 10 minutes and 20 minutes after treatment.The treatment group had a more obvious immediate analgesic effect than the control group.Conclusion Fang's scalp acupuncture combined with diclofenac sodium can relieve pain more significantly and have more immediate analgesic effect than oral diclofenac sodium alone.It can be used as a new idea for the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation.
