摘　　要：冠心病是严重危害全球人类身体健康和生活质量的心血管疾病之一,发病率一直处于增长趋势,冠心病的中西医治疗一直是热点话题,中医在冠心病的治疗方面一直发挥着优势。在中医理论中,冠心病属于“胸痹心痛病”的范畴,病因病机与胃相关。心与胃位置毗邻,经络相连,五行相生,功能相辅相成;在现代医学中,二者在生理病理方面也存在密切联系。早在《黄帝内经》、《金匮要略》中就体现了“心胃同病”“心胃同治”的诊疗思路,且在明清之前对胃脘痛和心胸疼痛并未进行明确的区分。“心胃相关”理论在冠心病中医辨证论治中占重要的地位,近年来更是在临床中有广泛的应用,且疗效显著。文章阐述冠心病与胃的相关性,总结基于心胃相关理论对冠心病的认识与治疗,为进一步发展冠心病的中医治疗提供思路。Coronary heart disease(CHD)is one of the cardiovascular diseases that seriously harm human health and quality of life all over the world,and the incidence rate is increasing.The treatment of CHD has always been a hot topic.Traditional Chinese medicine has been playing an advantage in the treatment of CHD.In the theory of TCM,CHD belongs to the category of“chest stuffiness and pains”,the etiology and pathogenesis are related to stomach.The heart and stomach are adjacent,the meridians and collaterals are connected,the generation among five elements,and their functions complement each other.In modern medicine,there are also close links in physiopathology.As early as in The Inner Canon of The Yellow Emperor and Synopsis of Golden Chamber,the diagnosis and treatment ideas of“comorbidity of heart and stomach”and“simultaneous treatment of heart and stomach”were reflected,and there was no clear distinction between epigastric pain and cardiothoracic pain before Ming and Qing Dynasties.Heart-stomach relativity theory plays an important role in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of CHD in TCM and it has been widely used in clinical practice with remarkable curative effect in recent years.The article expounded the correlation between coronary heart disease and stomach,and summarized the understanding and treatment of coronary heart disease based on cardio-gastric related theory to provide ideas for further development of TCM treatment of coronary heart disease.
