脉图参数与天地数据相关性研究

摘　　要：目的运用智能脉诊技术探讨健康人寸口脉与天地四时变化的相关性。方法基于智能脉诊技术——动态标准化的脉诊信息采集和分析技术,对健康人双手的寸、关、尺6部脉进行连续2年的脉学观察。结果193个脉图参数中有63个脉图参数与天地参数呈现出相关性,包含左寸脉7个参数、左关脉15个参数、左尺脉13个参数、右寸脉9个参数、右关脉15个参数、右尺脉4个参数。结论脉图多个参数数据,可以为中医学“人应天地四时”的理论提供客观证据支持,为“四时脉”的客观存在提供佐证。Objective The relationship between the Cunkou pulse of healthy people and the changes of the heaven,the earth and the four seasons was studied by using Intelligent Pulse Diagnosis Instrument.Methods Based on the intelligent pulse diagnosis technology—the dynamic standardized pulse diagnosis information collection and analysis technology,the healthy people's pulse of the 6 parts(Cun,Guan and Chi in both hands)were watched out for 2 consecutive years.Results Among the 193 pulse graph parameters,63 pulse graph parameters were correlated with the Solar altitude angle and temperature parameters,including 7 parameters of the left Cun pulse,15 parameters of the left Guan pulse,13 parameters of the left Chi pulse,9 parameters of the right Cun pulse,15 parameters of right Guan pulse and 4 parameters of right Chi pulse.Conclusion The multiple parameter data of pulse graph can provide objective evidence support for the theory of“people being related to the heaven,the earth and four seasons”in traditional Chinese medicine,and it is useful to support the objective existence of“four-season pulse”.
